1. Specification
Acrylic, typically used as homopolymer acrylic, is made by the polymerization of acrylate monomers to produce greater than 97% polyacrylonitrile. Acrylic can withstand slightly higher temperature than polyester, it is not degraded by moisture, and is more resistant to acids than polyester. When the temperature below 125℃, acrylic have good resistance to the organic solvents, oxidizing agent, inorganic and organic acid. Homopolymer acrylic is difficult to hydrolyze, so it can replace the polyester in the low temperature, the chemical existing and high humidity place.
Finish Treatment: Singeing, Calendering, Heat Setting, Anti-static, Water&Oil Repellent, PTFE Membrane, PTFE Impregnation and so on
Bag Size: it is up to the CPO and installation and customized
Bag Head: seal cuff / groove snap / felt strip, bead cuff/ steel strip, etc can be chosen
Bag Body: Sewing or Hot sealing
Bag Bottom: Single or double bottom, with reinforcement or without reinforcement
