Zhangjiagang 17s Commerce Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of filter felt, filter bags and cages for baghouse dust collection, especially the star/ pleat bag and cage. We are focusing on product and its quality. After years' effort and development, now we have become one of the leading dust filter bag and cage, manufacturers and supplies in China, star/pleat cage and bag particularly. We supply "one stop" dust filter product chain, filter media/felt, filter bag and filter cage.
For needle felt, we supply all kinds of needle punch felt, such like PE,Aramid,Acrylic,PPS,P84 and PTFE, with kinds of treatment like singeing, calendaring, oil and water proof, PTFE impregnation coating, PTFE lamination etc
Star cage (called pleat cage, extend surface cage as well) is one of our major product. Our product covers 110mm-150mm diameter, 8-12 ray/pleat styles with different supporting spider designs. We can do cage in carbon steel wire, galvanized wire and stainless steel wire. We do silicon powder coating, zinc coating or electrophoresis coating (anaphoresis) for cages to prolong service life.
For star bag, another major product, we match the right size bags and cages, we can do 120-160mm diameter, 8-12 pleats styles, kinds of felt like polyester, acrylic,aramid, PPS, P84, PTFE and so on, with kinds of finishing singeing, calendaring, oil and water proof, PTFE impregnation coating, PTFE lamination for different working conditions.
